By using Musiek, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your Content

When you create music with Musiek, you retain ownership of the creative elements you contribute (your original melody, your refinement choices). The AI-generated accompaniment is provided under a license that allows you to use, share, and even commercially exploit your creations.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Musiek to:

• Create content that infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the service
• Share account access with others

Subscriptions

Musiek+ subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly. You can cancel at any time, and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
